The purpose of this event is to share the latest news about ongoing violations of Human Rights in Iran. There have been resolutions passed in US Congress condemning the government of Iran for its continued violation of the International Covenants on Human Rights, including state-sponsored religious persecution of its Bahá’í minority. We feel strongly that increased international awareness and condemnation will help these beleaguered and innocent Iranian citizens.
